El SNE-NL fomenta con 1 millón de euros la contratación de jóvenes en sectores económicos clave o a través de prácticas

  • Destinará 1,5 millones adicionales a la contratación, a jornada reducida o completa, de personas perceptoras de Renta Garantizada

El Servicio Navarro de Empleo-Nafar Lansare destinará este año al menos 1 millón de euros a las dos convocatorias de fomento de la contratación de jóvenes en desempleo por parte de empresas, con objeto de favorecer su inserción laboral. Se trata de las ayudas a la contratación en prácticas y en empresas de ámbitos prioritarios en la Estrategia de Especialización Inteligente, S3, en las que la remuneración no podrá ser inferior a dos veces el SMI. El año pasado, beneficiaron a 296 jóvenes, a través de 170 empresas.

En ambos casos se concederá entre un 11 y un 20% más subvención por contratos a mujeres. También se apoyan con una mayor intensidad los contratos a personas con discapacidad o perceptoras de Renta Garantizada.

A la contratación en prácticas de personas jóvenes desempleadas menores de 30 años inscritas en el sistema de Garantía Juvenil, el SNE-NL destinará 700.000 euros. Las ayudas oscilan entre los 3.600 y los 6.120 euros, dependiendo de la titulación.

Las solicitudes pueden presentarse en el siguiente enlace dentro del mes siguiente al inicio de la relación contractual, o un mes después de la publicación de la autorización del gasto, para contrataciones anteriores a esta fecha, con el límite del 4 de junio.

La convocatoria de fomento de la contratación de menores de 30 años en ámbito de las áreas económicas prioritarias, en empresas de más de 50 trabajadores, permite como novedad este año solicitar una nueva subvención para la prórroga de contratos que ya recibieron ayuda el año pasado, hasta alcanzar un máximo de 12 meses de subvención. A la financiación de este estímulo a la contratación se destinarán 300.000 euros. Las ayudas pueden alcanzar los 1.045 euros mensuales.

Las empresas contratantes podrán presentar la solicitud en este enlace. Como en el caso de las anteriores convocatorias, el plazo de presentación será de 1 mes desde la fecha de inicio de la contratación, y si esta hubiera sido anterior al 3 de mayo, podrán presentarse hasta el 4 de junio.

Renta Garantizada

También se ha publicado recientemente una modificación que la convocatoria de ayudas para incentivar a las empresas navarras a la contratación de personas perceptoras de Renta Garantizada, dotada con 1,5 millones.

Como novedad, podrán acogerse también las jornadas reducidas y las prórrogas de contratos, hasta los 12 meses máximo de subvención. El SNE-NL aporta una cantidad mensual entre 550 y 1.000 euros por contrato.

Las empresas, entidades o trabajadores y trabajadoras autónomos disponen de 1 mes desde la realización de la contratación o, si fuera anterior al 3 de mayo, de un mes desde la publicación de la autorización del gasto, es decir, hasta el 4 de junio.
